К вопросу генотипирования цитомегаловирусов

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены современные данные литературы о генетическом разнообразии цитомегаловирусов, циркулирующих в мире, рассмотрены различные подходы к генотипированию клинических изолятов цитомегаловирусов, дана характеристика основных полиморфных генов, используемых для штаммовой дифференциации, описаны особенности клинического течения цитомегаловирусной инфекции у пациентов групп риска, обусловленной различными генотипами вируса. Информация о спектре циркулирующих генотипов цитомегаловирусов необходима для осуществления эпидемиологического надзора за цитомегаловирусной инфекцией и разработки эффективной вакцины.
